We're more than just a hot dog shop!
Due to our unique location serving the local office workers and being in the industrial area of Kent, we try and make an effort to provide various items for our customers looking to grab a quick snack or meal before returning to work. In addition to hot dogs, we also serve:

Ridgeback
One of our most popular menu items! Cream cheese, crunchy onions and sweet Thai chili sauce. For more heat, ask for sriracha!
Jalapeno Pupper
Another popular item at the shop! Cream cheese, pickled jalapenos, crumbled bacon bits, topped with shredded cheddar, then sent through the toaster for some melty, cheesy goodness!
Husky
If you're looking for a Seattle style hot dog this is our take on it: Cream cheese, pickled jalapenos and crunchy onions. For some more heat, ask for Tapatio hot sauce!
Akita
Mayo, tonkatsu sauce, pickled ginger, shredded nori. Ask for the sweet wasabi sauce for a little "bite"!
Dachshund
Our little spin off of the German currywurst, this dog is topped with red onion sauce, a sprinkling of curry powder and a squiggle of ketchup.
Banh Mi dog
Another favorite at our shop, this one is topped with pickled daikon radish and carrots, mayo, sriracha, pickled jalapenos and fresh cilantro.

Bulldog
Our take on a Chicago dog (we affectionately call it a "You're not in Chicago" dog): yellow mustard, sweet relish, chopped onions, sliced tomatoes, dill pickle wedge, pickled jalapenos and a dash of celery salt.
Texas Heeler
If you're looking for a good ol' chili cheese dog, look no further! Hot dog chili sauce, chopped onions, shredded cheddar. Ask for ghost pepper mustard for some "bite"!
Yorkie
Topped with our house-made red onion sauce, deli brown mustard and a little sauerkraut - just like the ones served off of a traditional New York street cart!
